A&M SGA SPREADS HOLIDAY CHEER TO PUBLIC HOUSING CHILDREN

HUNTSVILLE, AL
– Alabama A&M University’s active Student Government Association (SGA) will round out its fall semester with an activity for several children who reside in the facilities of the local Housing Authority Authority at 12 noon on Thursday, December 10, in the VIP dining room of the Ernest L. Knight Reception Center on the AAMU campus.
SGA President Tavis Richardson says the SGA, in conjunction with AAMU students, the Office of Student Activities, and Miss Alabama A&M University Domonique Bradford and her Royal Court have collected toys for distribution to as many as 100 children. Richardson says representatives from the Family Self-Sufficiency Program of the Housing Authority will accept the gifts and participate in a social mixer.
